Video Info
The work aims to be an artistic investigation about the impact of social media and the evolution of society on the world's IQ. As noted from the early 2000s, the Flynn effect has a reversal of trend, thus moving from a constant growth of the world's average IQ (observed by the anthropologist J.R. Flynn during the 20th century) to a constant decrease in the average intelligence of the population, starting from the beginning of the current century. The work therefore asks: will humans return to being apes? Can arrogance replace intelligence? How far can we blame society before turning towards our own image?
